摘 要:为以宏观的角度量化分析热再生过程中老化沥青的转移程度。试验定义了有效再生率,并基于正交试验及MATLAB分析了不同因素对有效再生率的影响。试验沥青用量以沥青膜厚度为指标,利用磁铁矿易分离的特性,将拌合后的磁铁矿集料与RAP(室内模拟制备)分离并抽提、筛分,根据公式计算有效再生率,研究各因素对有效再生率的影响。结果表明:预热温度、拌合时间、沥青膜厚度的适当提高对有效再生率有一定的促进作用;预热温度过高会导致有效再生率的下降。正交试验及MATLAB分析得出,不同因素对有效再生率的影响程度排序为沥青膜厚度>拌合时间> RAP预热温度;试验以有效再生率的角度为优化热再生混合料的再生工艺提供了理论依据。In order to quantitatively analyze the degree of transfer of aged asphalt during thermal regeneration from a macroscopic perspective, the experiment defines the effective regeneration rate and analyzes the influence of different factors on the effective regeneration rate based on orthogonal experiment and MATLAB. The test calculates the amount of asphalt based on the aggregate surface area and the effective asphalt film thickness. Separating the magnetite aggregate after mixing with RAP (indoor simulation preparation) by utilizing the characteristics of easy separation of magnetite. The effective regeneration rate was calculated according to the formula, and the influence of various factors on the effective regeneration rate was studied. The test results show that the proper increase of preheating temperature, mixing time and asphalt film thickness will increase the effective regeneration rate to some extent;Excessive preheating temperature will result in a decrease in the effective regeneration rate;the shorter the aging time, the easier the aged asphalt will be transferred;According to the orthogonal experiment and MATLAB, the degree of influence of different factors on the effective regeneration rate is ranked as asphalt film thicken-ss >mixing time >RAP preheating temperature;the experiment provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the regeneration process of the hot reclaimed mixture from the perspective of effective regeneration rate.
