摘  要:针对当前监控指挥系统中图形化表达的问题,本文首先对监控指挥系统中需要图形化表达的数据进行了研究,并提出了表达过程中需要解决的问题;其次为了解决图形化表达问题,对系统中的地理底图以及动态图形进行了设计;最后基于MGIS二次开发环境设计并实现了服务于军队行军的监控指挥系统,验证了图形化表达设计的合理性,提高了监控指挥系统的监控效率。Targeting at the problem of graphical expression in the current monitoring and command system,firstly this paper studies the data that needs to be graphically expressed in the monitoring and command system and proposes problems that need to be solved in the process of expression.Secondly it designs the geographical base map and dynamic graphics in the system to solve the problem of graphical representation.Finally,based on the secondary development environment of MGIS,the monitoring and command system for military marching was designed and implemented which verifies the rationality of graphical expression design and improves the monitoring efficiency of the monitoring and command system.
