摘　　要：针对以往地名地址采集方法存在采集效率低及数据安全难以保证等方面的不足,本文提出并设计了从数据准备、移动端外业采集到Web端在线质检的地名地址采集工艺流程,在对移动端地图数据组织、地名地址数据安全等关键技术进行研究的基础上,基于天地图开发了移动端、Web端地名地址采集系统,为开展地名地址采集工作提供了保障。On the account of shortcomings of name and address data collecting method,the paper proposes and designs the technological process of name and address data collecting which includes the steps such as preparing data,collecting field data by mobile devices and inspecting data by web.Based on research on key technologies such as map data organization on mobile and name and address data security,the paper develops the place and address data collection system for mobile and for web based on the MapWorld(TianDiTu),which provides guarantee for carrying out the name and address data collecting task.
