摘　　要：以不动产统一登记对三维数据的需求为出发点,结合三维空间数据模型构建理论,通过对二三维地理信息系统的发展历程和未来发展趋势分析,研究不动产登记成果二三维一体化应用的各项关键技术,并据此开发面向不动产登记的二三维一体化数据集成与展示系统,为不动产统一登记工作开拓新思路。Based on the requirement of real estate unified registration for three-dimensional data and the theory of building three-dimensional spatial data model,this paper studies the key technologies of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated application of real estate registration results by analyzing the development history and future development trend of two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information system,and develops a real estate-oriented integrated application.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated data integration and display system of real estate registration opens up new ideas for the unified registration of real estate.
