摘　　要：目的:探讨医专学生抑郁与人格特质及生活事件的关系,为防治大学生抑郁提供依据。方法:对重庆某医药高等专科学校五个专业不同年级在校大学生以班级为单位整群抽样,采用贝克抑郁量表(BDI-Ⅱ)、大五人格简表(NEO-FFI)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)对950人进行问卷调查。结果:抑郁与人格特质显著相关(P<0.01),神经质、外向型、责任感对抑郁发生有预测作用。抑郁与负性生活事件呈显著正相关(P<0.01),人际关系及健康适应是医专学生抑郁的危险因素。结论:重视医专学生抑郁与人格特质及生活事件的相关性,采取积极有针对性的措施防治大学生抑郁。Objective:To explore the relationship between depression and personality traits and life events in medical college students,It provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of depression in college students.Method:The students of five majors and different grades in a medical college in chongqing were sampled by Cluster Sampling.Using the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI-Ⅱ),the big five personality profiling(NEO-FFI)and adolescent life event scale(ASLEC)to the questionnaire survey of 950 people.Result:Depression was significantly correlated with personality traits(P<0.01).Neuroticism,extroversion,and conscientiousness are predictive of depression.There was a significant positive correlation between depression and negative life events(P<0.01),Relationships and healthy adjustment are risk factors for depression in medical collegestudents.Conclusion:Attention should be paid to the correlation between depression and personality traits and life events in medical students,Take positive and targeted measures to prevent and control depression in college students.
