摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育有效性评价是研究生思想政治工作的重要内容。随着研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生思想政治教育不断受到广泛关注。分析当前研究生思想政治教育有效性在评价方式、对象、方法等方面存在的问题,探索研究生思想政治教育有效性评价PDCA运行模式,实现研究生思想政治教育有效性评价的新路径。The effectiveness evaluation of postgraduates' ideological and political education is an important content of graduate's ideological and political work. With the expansion of graduate student enrollment scale, the ideological and political education of postgraduates has been paid more and more attention.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation ways, objects and methods of the effectiveness of the postgraduates' ideological and political education, and probes into the PDAC operating mode of it and creat a new path to effectively evaluate the postgraduates' ideological and political education.
