转化学习理论在护理学专升本教育中应用的探讨

摘　　要：转化学习理论对于批判性思维的培养是目前医学教育改革强调的主要目标,该理论已在全球护理学教育中形成良好的影响和效果。文章讨论了转化学习理论的内涵和核心要素,结合护理学专升本学生的特点探讨了转化学习理论在护理学教育中的应用,为创新护理学专升本教育方式提供了新的理论指导。Transformative learning theory focus on formation of critical thinking, which is essential target for current medical education reformation. It has a positive influence in nursing education globally. This article discusses concept and key elements of transformative learning theory, combines with characteristics of diploma entry nursing students to explore the application of theory in nursing education and provides an innovation perspective for the teaching model of "college to undergraduate"in nursing specialty.
