摘  要:枕头坝一级水电站水轮机调速器压油装置压油泵在停泵过程中,存在压力油罐进油管路振动较大的问题,对其原因进行了深入分析研判,经对压油装置控制逻辑程序修改,压油泵启停试验中压力油罐进油管路剧烈振动情况消失,彻底根除了设备运行过程中的隐患,保障了设备安全稳定运行。During the shutdown process of the oil pump in the oil pressure device in Zhentouba Ⅰ Hydropower Station, excessive vibration is observed in the pressure tank inflow pipeline. Analysis shows that this problem is caused by the water hammer effect of the pressure oil, which is induced by improper control logic sequence of the shutdown process. Thus, the control logic sequence of the oil pressure device is revised. After the treatment, the abnormal vibration problem is successfully solved. The safety and stability of the device is improved.
