基于通用航空发展现状的通用航空产业体系研究

摘　　要：作为民用航空的重要组成部分,通用航空在社会公益和国民经济的建设、发展过程中扮演着举足轻重的角色。在近几十年发展中,通用航空不仅为国家、更为全社会做出了不可替代的巨大贡献。但是,目前我国通用航空的发展存在诸多弊端,如机队实力欠缺、作业量始终无法提升、经营困难等,这些都严重制约了我国航空产业的发展,呈现出与国民经济整体发展实力不相称的现象。基于以上背景,从我国通用航空的现状入手,站在与世界范围通用航空数据对比分析的角度上,挖掘了存在的问题,对其细分市场进行了分析,并提出了我国通用航空发展的建议,强调将重点集中在加快通用航空产业体系的建设工作上,进一步挖掘通用航空战略性、新兴产业潜力,进一步推动我国通用航空建设,提升发展质量。^(①)As an important part of civil aviation,General Aviation plays an important role in the construction of social welfare and national economy.In recent decades,General Aviation has made irreplaceable contributions not only to the country,but also to the whole society.However,at present,there are many disadvantages in the development of general aviation in China,such as the lack of the strength of the air fleet,the inability to upgrade the work capacity,the difficulty in operating,and so on.All these have seriously restricted the development of the aviation industry in our country.Presents the phenomenon which does not match with the national economy overall development strength.Based on the above background,from the point of view of the current situation of general aviation in our country,and from the point of view of comparing and analyzing the data of general aviation in the world,the existing problems are excavated,and the market segmentation of general aviation is analyzed.It also puts forward some suggestions for the development of general aviation in China,emphasizing that the emphasis should be placed on speeding up the construction of the general aviation industry system,further tapping the strategic and emerging industry potential of general aviation,and further promoting the construction of general aviation in China.Improve the quality of development.
