锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月～2017年5月我院收治的80例肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组患者采用锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗,对照组患者采用克氏针钢丝张力带内固定术治疗,比较两组患者的住院时间及手术相关指标、临床治疗总有效率及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者的手术时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者切口长度为(8.00±0.85)cm,短于对照组的(10.00±0.76)cm,术中出血量为(70.66±8.06)ml,少于对照组的(82.52±8.54)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肩锁关节脱位患者行锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗,具有切口长度短、术中出血量少的特点,临床效果显著,同时术后并发生发生率低,该治疗方式值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate internal fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Eighty patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to random number table method, patients in observation group were treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation, while patients in control group were treated with Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation, the hospitalization time, operation related indexes, total effective rate of clinical treatment and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups (P>0.05). The incision length of the observation group was (8.00±0.85) cm, which was shorter than (10.00±0.76) cm of the control group , and the intraoperative bleeding volume was (70.66±8.06) ml, which was less than (82.52±8.54) ml of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, higher than 77.50% of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications was 10.00% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 35.00% in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate internal fixation has the characteristics of short incision length and less bleeding during the operation. The clinical effect is remarkable. At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications is low. This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
