应用品管圈提高门诊医务人员手卫生依从性的分析

摘　　要：目的观察品管圈活动对门诊医务人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法以门诊医务人员为观察对象,选取品管圈活动对策实施前后各550次手卫生机会,调查医务人员手卫生依从性的情况,分析原因并拟定有效对策等。结果实验组手卫生依从性68%,对照组42%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用品管圈能够提高门诊医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective To observe the effect of the exercise of tube circle on hand hygiene compliance of outpatient medical staff.Methods taking the out-patient medical personnel as the observation object,selecting the hand hygiene opportunity 550 times before and after the implementation of the product management circle activities,investigating the condition of the hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel,analyzing the reasons and formulating effective countermeasures.Results Hand hygiene compliance was 68%in the experimental group and 42%in the control group.The comparison was statistically significant(P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion The supply tube ring can improve the hand hygiene compliance of outpatient medical staff.
