摘　　要：通过调研河北省农村水环境现状,针对农业生产过程中过量施用化肥农药、畜禽养殖业中的粪便污染、农村生活中排放的各类废弃物及工业废物等的排放情况进行分析总结,探索解决突出问题的对策,促进社会主义新农村建设。Based on the investigation of the current situation of rural water environment in Hebei province,this article analyzes the excessive application of fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural production,fecal pollution in livestock and poultry breeding industry,all kinds of waste discharged in rural life and industrial waste,and explores the countermeasures to solve outstanding problems and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.
