实施温度护理对髋关节置换术术中低体温的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨实施温度护理对髋关节置换术术中低体温的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月在沈阳七三九医院就诊的80例髋关节置换术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取普通护理措施,试验组40例使用保温护理措施,比较两组患者手术后对护理的满意度和保温效果。结果试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组保温效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术患者采取术中温度护理,可以明显提高护理满意度,提高术中保温效果,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of temperature nursing on hypothermia in hip arthroplasty. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018 in shenyang, 739 of 80 cases of hip replacement patients hospital operating room, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, control group 40 cases of normal nursing measures, on the basis of the experimental group 40 cases and control group using insulation nursing measures, compared two groups of patients satisfaction and the heat preservation effect of nursing after the operation. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, The thermal insulation effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is important to improve nursing satisfaction and improve the effect of heat preservation in the treatment of hip arthroplasty.
