摘 要:糖尿病肾病(DN)是临床上常见的一种继发性肾病,同时也是糖尿病最常见和最严重的微血管并发症之一,引发的终末期肾衰竭是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。近年来,关于血管内皮生长因子与DN的关系取得了极大进展。血管内皮生长因子可通过与多种细胞因子的相互作用影响DN的发生、发展,随着疾病的进展,患者的临床表现为尿蛋白水平升高、肾小球滤过率降低。而肾脏损害的加重则会进一步导致血管内皮生长因子及其相关调控因子的功能紊乱。对血管内皮生长因子的研究可能会为DN提供一种新的治疗方法。Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a very common secondary nephropathy and it is one of the most common as well as the most serious microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus.DN can eventually lead to end-stage renal failure,which is the main cause of death in diabetic patients.In recent years,researches on the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and DN have made huge progress.VEGF could impact on the genesis and development of DN through interacting with many different cytokines.Clinically,it manifests as the increase of the urine protein and the decrease of the glomerular filtration rate in patients as the disease progresses.However,the worsening of the kidney damage,in turn,can contribute to the function disorder of VEGF and its regulators.The research on VEGF may provide an unique treatment of DN.
