摘  要:以D型圆柱形氢镍电池作为研究对象,其结构关联性紧密,电池造型复杂,传统自底向上的设计流程已经达不到当今市场对设计的要求。介绍了NX/WAVE技术和思想及自顶向下的设计方法。基于此技术方法,研究了圆柱形氢镍电池结构设计的WAVE技术,这样可以有效地梳理辨析出电池结构之间的关联关系和配合关系,解决电池结构设计知识有效重用的问题。很大程度地减少了电池的设计所需设计周期,设计效率也得到提升,WAVE技术的价值优势在此得到体现。Taking a D-type cylindrical Ni/MH battery as the research object, because of its close structure relevance and complex battery modeling, the traditional bottom-up design process can not meet the design requirements of the current market. This paper introduced the NX/WAVE technology and top-down design method. Based on the technology, the structure of cylindrical Ni/MH battery was designed by WAVE technology, the relations between battery structures was analyzed, and the effective reuse of battery structure design knowledge was increased. To a great extent, the cycle of the battery design was reduced, the design efficiency was improved, and the advantage of the parallel design was reflected here.
