摘 要:为了实现运载火箭电源系统的轻质化,提出了一种基于多功能结构技术的电源系统设计方法,设计了包含结构、能源、信息采集等功能的电源系统,将结构与能源进行一体化融合设计,主体结构完成结构、支撑、承载的作用,内部集成能源系统、信息采集系统。研制出相关样机并完成相关功能测试,仿真及测试结果表明所设计的电源系统样机能够满足力学及电学性能要求,同时可以减少系统质量约33%,增加有效空间32%,实现了系统减重增效的目的,为箭载电源系统轻质化设计提供了一种有效的技术途径。In order to realize the weight reduction of the launch vehicle power system, a power supply system design method based on the multifunctional structure technology was proposed. The power system including the structure, energy, and information acquisition functions was designed to integrate the structure and energy. The main structure has the functions of structure, support and load with internal integrated energy system and information acquisition system. Relevant prototypes were developed and related functional tests were completed. The simulation and test results show that the prototype of the designed power system can meet the mechanical and electrical performance requirements. At the same time, the system weight can be reduced by about 33%, the effective space can be increased by 32%, and the weight loss of the system can be increased. The system provides an effective technical approach to the lightweight design of the onboard power system.
