摘　　要：利用无水碳酸钠-四硼酸钠混合熔剂熔融样品,在盐酸-过氧化氢/硝酸体系中进行酸化,经钼酸铅重量法测定熔融样品中的钼含量;对四硼酸钠-双氧水和四硼酸钠-硝酸的加入量进行了单因素实验分析,在最佳实验条件下测得的含钼量结果与行业标准方法结果一致。采用无水碳酸钠-四硼酸钠混合熔剂,熔样彻底,不但克服了熔剂在熔样过程容易飞溅的缺点,而且使用更安全,保存更便利。方法准确、简便,适用于钼精矿中钼的测定。Through an analytical method for the determination of molybdenum content in molybdenum concentrate by lead molybdate gravimetry,the molybdenum concentrate samples were melted with NaCO3 -Na2B4O7 and acidized by mixed hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide or nitric acid.The addition of sodium tetraborate and hydrogen peroxide or nitric acid was analyzed by single factor experiment, the precipitation condition was fixed.The obtained results are consistent with the standard method.This method can avoid the splash of sodium peroxide, the flux is safer and convenient to store.The method is accurate and simple.It can be used for determination of Mo in molybdenum concentrate.
