摘　　要：本文针对一种钼波纹板,该产品外形尺寸小,且尺寸公差、形位公差、表面质量要求高,小批量等特点。通过建立模型模拟变形补偿量,分析了辊压法、整体液压成形、步进式成形加整体校形等方法的优缺点及适用性。研究设计出独特的步进式依次成形和二次校形的工艺方法,并调试工艺参数,用该工艺方法加工的产品满足各项技术参数及要求,且工艺简单,经济,容易实现。This paper aims at a kind of molybdenum corrugated plate, which has the characteristics of small size, size tolerance, shape and position tolerance, high surface quality requirements and small batch.The advantages, disadvantages and applicability of roll pressing, integral hydroforming, step forming and integral alignment are analyzed by establishing a model to simulate deformation compensation.A unique step-by-step forming and secondary alignment process is designed, and the process parameters are debugged.The products processed by this process meet the technical parameters and requirements, and the process is simple, economical and easy to realize.
