荧光定量PCR方法与其他动物疫病病原检测方法的应用比较

摘　　要：荧光定量PCR方法是一种发展较快的新型核酸定量检测技术。本文比较了荧光定量PCR检测方法与其他三种常见的动物疫病病原检测方法(普通PCR、酶联免疫吸附试验、胶体金快速检测卡)的优缺点,结果得出:荧光定量PCR方法灵敏度高、特异性好,操作简单,结果判定简单、快速。Real time fluorescence quantitative PCR is a new quantitative detection technique for nucleic acid which is developed fast in recent years. In this article, FQ-PCR was compared with other three common methods of animal disease pathogens detection(PCR, ELISA, Rapid test card), the result showed that FQ-PCR is a method of high sensitivity, great specificity, simple operation.
