摘  要:棒球运动是一种击球跑垒、跑垒得分的进攻方与投球、接传球的防守方展开的对抗性的运动项目,竞赛的规则复杂,局面多样化、必须要求运动员具备灵活多样、处理果断、反应判断快速等。棒球投手投出的一个球意味着比赛的开始,体育医学家指出投手的身体在投球体力的消耗中有肌肉组织、结构组织、骨骼组织三道防线,本文通过多年训练经验以及阅读一些棒球投手训练方面的书籍和文献,从训练投手肌肉专项力量方面入手、并和一些经验老道及一些优秀投手交流,总结一些训练方法,希望对棒球投手的力量素质训练有一定的帮助。Baseball is a game in which the offensive side of batting the bases and scoring the bases is antagonistic to the defense side of pitching and receiving the passes. The rules of the game are complex, the situation is diversified, and players must be flexible and diverse, decisive in handling and quick in response and judgment. Baseball pitchers threw a ball means the beginning of the game,sports medical scientist pointed out that the pitcher body pitch in the consumption of physical strength, organization structure, bone tissue in muscle tissue three lines of defence, in this article,through many years of experience in training and reading some baseball pitcher training books and literature, from the aspects of training pitcher muscle specific strength, and communicate with some experienced and excellent pitcher, summarizes some training methods, hope to baseball pitcher strength quality training is of certain help.
