摘　　要：价值共识是社会形塑的基础,"爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"个人层面价值观是社会主义核心价值观的基座。这四个方面并不是独立存在的,而是一个有机统一的整体。其践行标准关系到整个社会风尚和谐与否,需要我们深刻领悟和把握其践行标准并积极付诸实践。只有全面正确地把握和践行好个人层面价值观,才能凝聚中华民族的向心力,加强社会主义思想道德建设。Value consensus is the foundation of society’s shaping.The individual values of patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendship are the foundation of core socialist values.The four aspects are not independent,but an organic and unified whole.Its practice standard is related to the harmony of the whole society,so we need to deeply understand and grasp its practice standard and actively put it into practice.Only by comprehensively and correctly grasping and practicing the values at the individual level can the centripetal force of the Chinese nation be condensed and the socialist ideological and moral construction be strengthened.
