摘 要:对蒸馏-硝酸钍容量法测定铝电解质中氟含量的实验方法进行了研究,采用碳酸钠高温熔融样品,经硫酸-水蒸气分离氟后,以茜素磺酸钠-次甲基蓝作指示剂,用硝酸钍溶液滴定,以铝电解质标准样品中已知氟含量为标准对比测定铝电解质试样中氟含量。对实验条件进行了改进及优化,测定3个铝电解质试样结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.26%~0.52%。通过对有证标准样品的分析及与其他两个实验室间的比对验证,表明该方法测定结果与标准值吻合较好,检测结果准确可靠,可以用于测定铝电解质中氟含量。The determination of fluorine content in aluminum electrolyte by distillation-tantalum nitrate volumetric method was investigated.High-temperature melting of sodium carbonate,separation of fluorine by sulfuric acid-water vapor,using sodium alizarin sulfonate and methylene blue as indicators,titrating with thorium nitrate,determination of fluorine content in aluminum electrolyte samples by contrast with the known fluorine content in cryolite or aluminum electrolyte standard samples.The experimental conditions were improved and optimized,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of three aluminum electrolyte samples is 0.26%~0.52%.Through the analysis of certified standard samples and comparison with two other laboratories,the results were accurate and reliable,which were in good agreement with the standard values,the method can be used to determine fluorine content in aluminum electrolyte.
