摘 要:目的综述3D打印技术在心血管药物制剂制备中的应用研究。方法汇总应用广泛的3种3D打印方式,并对该技术在心血管药物制剂制备领域中的应用进行分析。结果与结论 3D打印作为制药领域应用的新兴制造技术,可有效促进心血管药物制剂的发展。通过多学科交叉融合,加速3D打印技术在制药行业的普及应用,对于临床个体化给药治疗具有重大意义。Objective To review the application of 3D printing technology in cardiovascular pharmaceutical preparations.Methods Three widely used 3D printing methods were summarized and the application of this technology in cardiovascular pharmaceutical preparations was analyzed.Results and Conclusion As a new manufacturing technology in the pharmaceutical field,3D printing can effectively promote the development of cardiovascular pharmaceutical preparations.Accelerating the popularization and application of 3D printing technology in the pharmaceutical industry through multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary integration is of great significance for clinical individualized drug administration.
