摘  要:目的优选逆萎康的最佳提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以雪胆总皂苷、黄芪甲苷含量为指标,考察提取次数、提取时间及固液比因素对逆萎康提取效果的影响,优选提取工艺。结果逆萎康的最佳工艺条件为提取2次,提取1 h,固液比12倍。结论该提取工艺操作简便、准确,可为逆萎康颗粒剂的制备提供参考。Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Niweikang.Methods L9(34)orthogonal test was adopted,the effects of extraction times,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction efficiency of Niweikang were investigated with the contents of total saponins from Hemsleya amabilis and astragalosideⅣas indexes,and the extraction process was optimized.Results The conditions of the optimum process was as follows:extracting 1 h for 2 times with the solid-liquid ratio of 12 times.Conclusion The extraction process is simple and accurate,which can provide a reference for the preparation of Niweikang Granules.
