摘 要:目的建立测定枇杷叶膏中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Amethyst C_(18)-H柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0. 4%磷酸溶液(10∶90),检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1. 0 m L/min,进样量为10μL。结果绿原酸的进样量在0. 204 955 2~0. 717 343 2μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0. 999 9 (n=6);平均回收率为92. 46%,RSD为2. 10%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于枇杷叶膏的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Pipaye Ointment.Methods The chromatographic column was Amethyst C18-H column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(10∶90),the detection wavelength was 327 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the sample size was 10μL.Results The chlorogenic acid showed a good relationship within the range of 0.204 955 2-0.717 343 2μg,r=0.999 9(n=6),the average recovery rate was 92.46%,RSD was 2.10%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable,which can be used for quality control of Pipaye Ointment.
