康复新液联合雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃肠溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性胃肠溃疡患者血清转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2015年5月至2017年7月收治HP阳性的胃肠溃疡患者94例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各47例。对照组患者采用雷贝拉唑三联疗法,研究组患者采用康复新液+雷贝拉唑三联疗法,均持续治疗10 d。结果研究组总有效率为93. 62%,高于对照组的76. 60%(P <0. 05);研究组HP根除时间、溃疡愈合时间均较对照组短,HP根除率为95. 74%,高于对照组的76. 60%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者的血清TGF-β_1和hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组SF-36评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0. 05),研究组疾病复发率为2. 13%,较低于对照组的17. 02%(P <0. 05)。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗HP阳性胃肠溃疡,可提高HP根除率,促进溃疡愈合,降低血清TGF-β_1和hs-CRP水平,提高疗效及患者生活质量,且不良反应发生率及复发率均较低。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with rabeprazole triple therapy on the levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and quality of life in patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)-positive gastrointestinal ulcer.Methods Totally 94 patients with HP-positive gastrointestinal ulcer admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with the rabeprazole triple therapy,while the patients in the study group were treated with the rabeprazole triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid.Both groups were treated continuously for 10 d.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.62%,which was higher than 76.60%of the control group(P<0.05).The eradication time and ulcer healing time of HP in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the eradication rate of HP in the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than 76.60%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).The recurrence rate of disease in the study group was 2.13%,which was lower than 17.02%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of HP-positive gastrointestinal ulcer can improve the eradication rate of HP,promote ulcer healing,reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1 and hs-CRP,improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.Besides,the incidence rate of ad
