摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在体检中心护理质量管理中的效果。方法选取该院体检中心的体检者120名,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60名。对照组接受常规护理管理干预,观察组接受体检中心PDCA循环护理管理,评估管理干预前后的护理效果。结果两组干预后的环境质量评分、护理服务评分均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组管理干预后的上述评分与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法应用于体检中心护理质量管理中,能够提高护理质量,可在临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method in nursing quality management of physical examination center.Methods A total of 120 physical examinations in our physical examination center were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management intervention,and the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing management from the physical examination center to evaluate the nursing effect before and after management intervention.Results The environmental quality scores and nursing service scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The above scores after the management intervention of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation method can be applied to the quality management of physical examination centers,which can improve the quality of care and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
