摘　　要：目的探讨专科医院日间介入手术的开展模式,并分析实施效果。方法运用流程再造等方法,优化日间病房管理模式,开展日间介入手术。结果实施日间介入手术后,患者平均住院日缩短了1. 81 d,住院均次费用降低了15. 3%。结论日间介入手术模式的建立,提高了医院的运行效率和床位使用率,节约了患者的医疗成本,有效缓解了患者住院难、费用高的矛盾。Objective:To explore the development mode of daytime intervention operation in special hospital and analyze the practice effect.Method:The authors optimized daytime ward management and conducted daytime intervention operation with process of reengineering.Result:The average hospital stay is shortened by 1.18 days and the average hospitalization cost is reduced by 15.3%.Conclusion:The establishment of daytime intervention surgery mode improves hospital operation efficiency and bed occupancy rate,reduce the patients’medical expenses,effectively relieve the contradiction of difficulty in hospitalization and high expenses.
