摘  要:为了提高医院的电梯使用满意度从而最大限度保证医疗保障和医疗安全,经过对R医院的实地调研和分析,分别运用人因工程、基础工业工程、工程统计学等工业工程相关知识对现存问题进行改善。并运用Flexsim进行模拟验证后,将改善措施应用于R医院,结果表明:改善后满意度水平明显增加,有效解决了医院电梯寻找不便、权限电梯分配不合理、管理混乱、满意度低等问题。综合改善了医院的服务水平,为患者和医院工作人员提供了安全、舒适的乘梯环境。In order to improve the satisfaction with the use of elevators in the hospital and ensure medical security and medical safety to the maximum extent,the field investigation and analysis of R hospital were conducted,and the existing problems were improved with the industrial engineering related knowledge such as human factors engineering,basic industrial engineering and engineering statistics.The results showed that the satisfaction degree increased obviously after the improvement,which effectively solved the problems such as the invariable search for hospital elevators,unreasonable distribution of authority elevators,management chaos and low satisfaction degree.The service of hospitals is improved comprehensively,and a safe and comfortable environment for patients and hospital staff provided.
