摘  要:采用胶接技术对防毒面具用氯化丁基胶罩体和浇注型聚氨酯弹性体柔性镜片进行粘接。通过XPS、ATR-FTIR、SEM等分析手段对三氯异氰尿酸改性前后CIIR罩体基材的表面组成、形貌进行分析,并对粘接接头的粘接性能进行考察。结果表明:改性后的CIIR罩体表面元素组成未发生明显变化,但表面形貌和润湿性改变显著。采用TCCA对饱和CIIR罩体进行改性能够有效提高CIIR罩体与CPU镜片的粘接性能。In this paper,we set ourselves to attempt bonding chlorobutyl rubber faceblank and casting polyurethane elastomer flexible lens for respirators by adhesion technology.Surface composition and morphology of CIIR faceblank modified by TCCA were analyzed by XPS,ATR-FTIR and SEM,and the bonding properties for the joints were investigated.Results showed that the modification changed remarkably the roughness and wettability rather than chemical compositions.Modification of saturated CIIR by TCCA played an important role in the improvement of adhesion.
