摘　　要：搜集整理50份有效的建筑垃圾资源化政策,并从政策工具、建筑垃圾资源化全过程、时间三个维度构建我国建筑垃圾资源化政策的三维分析框架,按照"政策编号-序列号"的方式,以建筑垃圾资源化政策文本内容为分析单元进行编码,得到123份政策文本单元。在此基础上,通过三个维度独立和交叉分析,剖析我国建筑垃圾资源化政策现状和问题,以期为建筑垃圾资源化政策的制定提供参考和依据。This paper collectes 50 effective construction waste recycling policies,and constructs a three-dimensional analysis framework of China's construction waste recycling policy from three aspects:policy tools,the whole process of construction waste recycling and time. Then,codes policy content as the analysis unit according to "policy number - serial number",finally gets 123 policy text units. On the basis,dissects the status and problems of construction waste recycling policy through independent and cross analysis of three dimensions,to provide reference and basis for policy formulation to promote the recycling of construction waste.
