摘　　要：从项目全生命周期视角出发,在现有研究基础上梳理工程项目信息管理存在的问题。结合区块链技术对项目供应链信息平台进行优化,并与项目管理职能信息集成、项目信息采集系统进行整合,构建基于智慧建造的工程项目信息集成管理平台。最后阐述该平台体系架构、作用机理及优势,为解决建设项目信息传递效率低下、新兴信息技术在项目管理中尚未实现有效集成等问题提供思路。From the perspective of the project life cycle,the paper sorts out the problems existing in the information management of the project based on the existing research. Then,optimizes the project supply chain information platform with blockchain technology,carries out integrating with the project management function information integration and the project information collection system,builds the engineering project information integration management platform under smart construction. Finally,expounds the architecture,mechanism and advantages of the platform,in order to provide research ideas for solving the problems of low efficiency of information transfer in construction projects and the lack of effective integration of emerging information technologies in project management.
