摘　　要：由于我国造价信息管理不够完善,在利用公式调价法时无法仅通过相关权威部门公开的数据进行合同价格调整。研究利用公式调价法时所需的信息类型,在此基础上制定建筑工程调价公式因子计算平台的设计原则及其能实现的功能,最后从平台实现的软件基础、实现方法、实现效果等方面,详细介绍调价公式平台的实现过程,为建立快速应用调价公式法平台提供了一种思路。Because of the imperfection of cost information management in China,it is impossible to adjust contract price only through the data published by relevant authority departments when using formula price adjustment method. This paper studies the types of information needed in the use of formula price adjustment method,formulates the design principles and functions of the platform for calculating formula factor of construction project price adjustment. Finally,introduces the realization process of price adjustment formula platform in detail from the aspects of software foundation,realization method and realization effect of the platform,so as to provides a thought for establishing the price adjustment formula platform.
