摘　　要：采用结构方程模型(SEM)构建项目经理特质对工程社会责任实施绩效影响的理论模型,从价值观、人格和胜任力三个特质维度评估项目经理的特质对工程社会责任实施绩效的影响。研究发现:项目经理的胜任力对工程经济责任绩效有显著影响,项目经理的价值观及宜人性对工程政治责任绩效有显著影响,项目经理的价值观和开放性对工程道德责任绩效有显著影响,项目经理的胜任力和宜人性对工程法律责任绩效有显著影响,并根据研究结果对项目经理的遴选和培训提出针对性建议。This paper uses SEM to construct a theoretical model of the impact of project manager traits on the performance of engineering social responsibility implementation,evaluates the impact of project manager traits on the performance of engineering social responsibility from three dimensions:values,personality and competence. The research finds that the competence of project manager has a significant impact on the performance of engineering economic responsibility,the values and amenity of project manager have a significant impact on the performance of engineering political responsibility,the values and openness of project manager have a significant impact on the performance of engineering ethics responsibility,the manager's competence and amenity have a significant impact on the performance of engineering legal responsibility. According to the results of the study,puts forward some suggestions for the selection and training of project managers.
