摘　　要：从价值主体和客体关系入手,分析旧工业建筑价值的因子构成。以旧工业建筑的特征、属性和评价主体的影响因素为基础,将旧工业建筑价值划分为功能发挥价值和本体价值,并进一步剖析价值构成,具化价值因子,为工业建筑遗产的确认、保护、改造和再利用工作提供决策依据。Starting from the relationship between value subject and object,the paper analyzes the factor composition of the value of old industrial buildings. Based on the characteristics,attributes and influencing factors of the old industrial buildings,divides the value into functional value and ontological value,and further analyze the composition of value and formalize the value factor,provides a basis for decision-making for the identification,protection,transformation and reuse of industrial building heritage.
