摘　　要：REDCap系统能够通过调用API(应用程序编程接口)的方式兼容第三方应用,用户通过平台入口访问服务器内部数据,从而完成跨越多个行业领域的数字业务整合。本文介绍了基于REDCap系统建立的多中心临床研究,阐述API接口模块安全的重要性及其质量控制方法,目的使临床研究人员了解API在项目实践过程中的方便易用,同时由于API的开放将对项目管理者基于数据库安全性提出更高的技术要求,因此本文尝试提供一种程式化保证系统安全的方法。REDCap system can be compatible with third-party application systems by invoking API(application programming interface),and users can access server internal data through platform entrance,thus completing digital business integration across multiple industries.Were introduced in this paper,based on the REDCap system established by multi-center clinical research,this paper expounds the importance of security API interface module and the method of quality control,and to make clinical researchers understand the API in the process of project practice,convenient and easy to use,at the same time,because the API will open to the project managers based on database security put forward higher technical requirements,so this article attempts to provide a method of programming to ensure system safety.
