摘　　要：预备警官作为人民警察的后备力量,肩负着未来公安事业发展的使命。为永葆公安队伍的绝对忠诚,公安院校必须加强预备警官的政治思想教育。和其他高校不同,公安院校思政教育工作要紧密结合公安实战工作和公安院校实际,有针对性地开展思政教育,旨在培养学生成为政治素养坚定、专业知识过硬的公安专业人才。在全国教育大会上,习近平总书记提出了新时代思政教育的更高要求,赵克志部长也对公安院校学生的思政教育点明了方向。作为思政工作者,要认真贯彻落实教育大会的指示精神,结合赵克志部长讲话内容,不断适应公安体制改革,顺应时代潮流,着力推进公安院校学生思政教育体制完善与学生全面成才培养工作,为培养不忘初心、牢记使命、忠诚可靠的预备警官不懈努力。As a reserve force of the people's police officers, the reserve police officers shoulder the mission of the future development of the public security cause. In order to maintain the absolute loyalty of the public security team, public security colleges must strengthen the political and ideological education of the reserve police officers. Different from that of other colleges and universities, the ideological and political education work of public security colleges should be closely combined with the actual work of public security and the actual situation of public security colleges, so as to carry out targeted ideological and political education. It aims to train students to become public security professionals with strong political quality and professional knowledge. At the national education conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward higher requirements for ideological and political education in the new era. Minister Zhao Kezhi also pointed out the direction of the ideological and political education of students in public security colleges. As ideological and political workers, we must conscientiously implement the spirit of the directives of the education conference, combine with the contents of the speech of Minister Zhao Kezhi, constantly adapt to the reform of the public security system, conform to the trend of the times, and strive to promote the improvement of the ideological and political education system of students in public security colleges and the comprehensive training of students. Through the above, we make unremitting efforts to cultivate loyal and reliable reserve police officers remaining true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind.
