摘  要:目的通过条码化管理的方式对非医嘱项目的护理工作进行绩效考核,以提高临床护理管理效率。方法对非医嘱项目工作进行梳理,并赋予每项工作唯一二维码,采用自我管理及质量检查的方式对负责护士进行绩效考核。结果使用条码化管理非医嘱项目后,病房质量较前提高(P <0.05)。并且随着自我管理与质控检查相结合的质控方式的应用,对比护士自我评价及检查者对工作质量的判定差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论条码化管理方式应用在非医嘱项目工作的绩效考核中,对于提高临床工作质量及护士工作自律性都有积极意义。Objective In order to improve the efficiency of clinical nursing management,the performance of the nursing work of non-orders projects was assessed by QR code management.Methods The only QR code was assigned to each non-orders projects,and the performance of the responsible nurses was assessed by self-management and quality inspection.Results Application of QR code management in the performance evaluation of nonorders projects improved the quality of ward management(P<0.05).In addition,with the application of quality control by the combination of selfmanagement and quality inspection,difference between the self-discipline and inspectors’judgement tends to be no statistical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion The application of QR code management in the performance evaluation of non-orders projects is of positive significance for improving the quality of care and the self-management of nurses.
