小儿科静脉留置针护理质量改进价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿科输液静脉留置针护理质量改进效果。方法2018年1—6月医院小儿科共收治小儿患者650例,改进前对其常规护理。从2018年7月—2018年10月医院小儿科共收治小儿患者469例,改进后,对其制定落实一系列的护理质量改进策略。结果改进后,一次穿刺失败、堵管、穿刺点红肿出血、静脉炎、输液相关不良事件合计发生率,输液相关医患纠纷发生率低于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿科输液静脉留置针护理质量改进,可以有效的提升儿科护理质量,降低并发症发生风险,降低了输液相关医患纠纷发生风险。Objective To analyze the improvement effect of nursing quality of pediatric intravenous infusion indwelling needle.Methods From January to June 2018,650 pediatric patients were given routine nursing before improvement.From July to October 2018,469 pediatric patients were given a series of strategies for improving nursing quality.Results After improvement,total incidence of puncture failure,blockage,puncture point redness,hemorrhage,phlebitis and adverse events related to infusion and doctor-patient dispates rate was lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of nursing quality of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle can effectively improve the quality of pediatric nursing,reduce the risk of complications and greatly reduce the risk of doctor-patient disputes related to infusion.
