射波刀治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究射波刀治疗非小细胞癌的护理体会。方法研究资料来源于2017年10月—2018年10月收治的68例进行射波刀治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,按照护理措施的差异性对研究选择患者进行分组,对于其中36例实施从常规护理措施的患者作为对照组,另外32例实施综合护理措施的患者作为观察组,对比观察两组患者临床护理疗效。结果通过对研究选择非小细胞肺癌患者采用不同的护理措施进行护理后,对比两组患者满意度情况发现观察组患者的护理满意度更高,且并发症的发生率低,P <0.05。结论对于使用射波刀治疗非小细胞癌患者实施综合护理措施,有助于保证手术质量,提升临床护理服务,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To study the nursing experience of cyberknife in the treatment of non-small cell carcinoma.Methods The data were obtained from 68 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent cyberknife treatment from October 2017 to October 2018.The patients were selected according to the differences in nursing measures,and 36 of them were routinely performed.The patients with nursing measures were used as the control group,and another 32 patients who underwent comprehensive nursing measures were used as observation groups.The clinical nursing efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After the patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with different nursing measures,the satisfaction of the two groups was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for the treatment of non-small cell carcinoma patients with cyberknife can help to ensure the quality of surgery,improve clinical care services,and reduce the incidence of complications.
