品管圈护理在神经外科护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈护理模式在神经外科护理中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1—7月的102例在神经外科接受治疗的患者作为研究对象,以入院登记顺序分为对照组、试验组,各51例,分别采用常规护理、品管圈护理,对比效果。结果试验组患者护理质量评分为(92.03±5.24)分,高于对照组(76.95±4.17)分,试验组患者护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者护理不良事件发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(27.45%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组护理满意度(94.12%)高于对照组(80.39%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论品管圈护理模式有助于提升神经外科护理质量、患者满意度,效果可靠。Objective To analyze the application value of quality control circle nursing mode in neurosurgical nursing.Methods From January to July 2018,102 patients who underwent neurosurgery treatment were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission.Each group was treated with routine nursing and quality control circle nursing,the nursing effect was compared.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was(92.03±5.24)points,which was significantly higher than(76.95±4.17)points of the control group.The nursing quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events(5.88%)was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(27.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle nursing mode can improve the quality of neurosurgical nursing and patient satisfaction,and the effect is reliable.
