贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验临床效果观察。方法将我院2017年3月～2018年3月收治的30例地中海贫血和30例缺铁性贫血患者分作A组与B组,在选取同期30例健康人群做为对照组,分别对三组的血液进行检验。结果 B组和A组的MCH、MCV的指标明显低于对照组,A组RBC和RBC/MCV的指标明显高于B组和对照组,B组RBC和Hb的指标明显低于A组和对照组,B组RDW的指标明显高于A组和对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论血液检验用于对贫血的诊断具有显著效果,值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods 30 cases of thalassemia and 30 cases of iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 1818 were divided into group A and group B.30 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Three groups of blood were tested. Results The MCH and MCV indexes of group B and group A were significantly lower than those of the control group.The indexes of RBC and RBC/MCV in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and control group.The indexes of RBC and Hb in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and In the control group,the index of RDW in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and control group, P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Blood test can not only diagnose whether it is anemia,but also diagnose the type of anemia.Blood test is used to diagnose anemia,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
