烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对小儿烧伤患儿行烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗的临床效果。方法该研究纳入2016年1月～2017年12月我院门诊的118例二度烧伤患儿,根据不同的治疗方法分为正常组和再生组,每组59例。再生组行烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗,常规组行基础治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果、创面愈合情况以及感染发生率。结果在再生组中,治疗效率为55(93.22%),而在正常组中,治疗效率为46(77.97%)。再生组的治疗效果明显高于常规组,治疗效果优于常规组,且再生组伤口面积和愈合时间均优于常规组。再生组感染发生率5例(8.47%)明显低于常规组(25.42%),P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论对小儿烧伤患儿行烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗,能够提高患儿整体治疗效果,同时,还能够减少感染的发生,利于患儿病情的快速康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of burn skin regeneration therapy in pediatric burn patients. Methods 118 children with second degree burns from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into normal group and regenerative group,59 cases in each group.The regeneration group was treated with skin regeneration technique,and the conventional group was treated with basic treatment.The therapeutic effect,wound healing and infection rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the regeneration group,the treatment efficiency was 55 (93.22%)while in the normal group,the treatment efficiency was 46 (77.97%).The therapeutic effect of regeneration group was significantly higher than that of routine group, and the wound area and healing time of regeneration group were better than that of routine group.The incidence of infection in regeneration group was lower in 5 cases (8.47%) than that in routine group (25.42%).The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of burn skin regeneration in children with burn can improve the overall treatment effect, at the same time, can reduce the incidence of infection, conducive to the rapid recovery of the disease.
