摘　　要：[目的/意义]基于微信公众平台设计图书馆座位预约管理系统,从根本上解决读者抢占座位而引起的阅读学习秩序混乱问题,从而促进图书馆有限座位资源得到合理分配。[方法/过程]从微信公众平台运行模式入手,根据微信公众平台运行原理设计图书馆微信预约占座流程架构及运行功能模块。[结果/结论]读者通过该平台可以实现选座、续座、离座等操作,有利于增强读者阅读体验,提高图书馆座位资源管理服务能力。[Purpose/significance]Designing the library seat reservation system with the Wechat official platform can fundamentally solve the problems caused by seat occupation,hence more reasonable allocation of seat resources.[Method/process]Starting from the operating mode of the WeChat official platform and conforming to its operating principle,we designed the process architecture of the library's micro-reservation and the modules of its operation function.[Result/conclusion]Through this platform,readers can go through the procedures of selection,renewal and departure,which will enhance readers’reading experience and improving the service capacity of the library's seat resources management.
