彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的为了更好的指导临床对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断和治疗,探讨和研究采用彩色多普勒超声检查的价值和意义。方法通过抽签的方法从2016年5月—2018年5月在该院就诊的局限性骨化性肌炎患者中方便选取120例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查并将检查结果和手术病理结果相对比,分析彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断价值。结果研究数据显示,入组的经过组织病理活检以及手术等证实的120例局限性骨化性肌炎患者通过彩色多普勒超声检查共确诊115例,漏诊率为4.20%(5/120)。结论局限性骨化性肌炎患者通过彩色多普勒超声检查能够直接观察病灶组织改变,有利于指导临床的诊疗和动态观察病情改变,值得临床推广应用。Objective To better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of localized ossifying myositis,and to explore and study the value and significance of color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods 120 patients with localized ossifying myositis who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were convenient selected as subjects.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and the results were examined.Compared with the surgical pathological results,the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in localized ossifying myositis was analyzed.Results The data of the study showed that 120 patients with localized ossifying myositis confirmed by histopathological biopsy and surgery were diagnosed,115 case by color Doppler ultrasonography.The rate of missed diagnosis was 4.20%(5/120).Conclusion Patients with localized ossifying myositis can directly observe the changes of lesions through color Doppler ultrasonography,which is helpful for guiding clinical diagnosis and dynamic observation of disease changes.It is worthy of clinical application.
