摘　　要：目的探讨手术室优化管理联合优质护理提高手术室护理质量的效果。方法选择2014年5月至2018年3月我院手术室优化管理联合优质护理实施前、后各80台手术,比较实施前、后的消毒灭菌合格率、手术安全核查率、手术器械清点正确率、护理文书书写合格率及患者、医生、护士的满意度。结果实施后的消毒灭菌合格率、手术安全核查率及护理文书书写合格率均高于实施前,患者、医生、护士的满意度均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论手术室优化管理联合优质护理可提高护理质量与患者、医生、护士的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of optimized management of operating room combined with high quality nursing on improving the quality of nursing in operating room.Methods From May 2014 to March 2018,80 cases of operations respectively before and after implementation of optimized management of operating room combined with high quality nursing were selected.The eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization,verification rate of surgical safety,correct rate of surgical instruments inventorying,eligible rate of nursing document writing and the satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses before and after the implementation were compared.Results The eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization,verification rate of surgical safety and eligible rate of nursing document writing after the implementation were significantly higher than those before the implementation,the satisfaction rate of patients,doctors and nurses were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized management of operating room combined with high quality nursing can improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction rate of patients,doctors and nurses.
