摘 要:目的探讨戴明循环(PDCA循环)在提升药房质量管理中的应用效果。方法抽取我院门诊药房2017年9月至12月未实施PDCA循环的资料以及2018年4月至7月实施PDCA循环的资料进行研究。比较实施PDCA循环前、后的药房管理情况。结果实施PDCA循环后,药房环境管理、工作舒适度、药品分类摆放及药品养护方法的质量评分均高于实施PDCA循环前(P<0.05);调配核方时间、缺药次数、药品批号管理失误率、发药差错率及患者满意度均优于实施PDCA循环前(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式可显著提升药房管理质量及服务质量,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation in improving quality management of pharmacy. Methods The data of PDCA circulation not implemented in our outpatient pharmacy from September to December 2017 and the data of PDCA circulation implemented from April to July 2018 were studied. The pharmacy management before and after implementation of PDCA circulation were compared. Results After implementation of PDCA circulation, the quality scores of pharmacy environment management, work comfort, classified drug placement and drug maintenance methods were higher than those before implementation of PDCA circulation(P<0.05). After implementation of PDCA circulation, the time of dispensing and checking prescriptions, times of drug shortage, rate of drug batch management errors, rate of drug dispensing errors and patients’ satisfaction were better than those before implementation of PDCA circulation(P <0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation management model can significantly improve the quality of pharmacy management and service and patients’ satisfaction.
