摘　　要：技术创新作为经济增长的根本推动力,对于产业转型升级具有决定性影响。本文利用全国1997～2016年省际面板数据,运用固定效应和随机效应模型测度技术创新对产业升级的影响程度,并进一步运用系统广义矩估计保证测度结果的稳健性。实证结果表明,整体来看,技术创新能力的提升能够有效地推动产业结构的转型升级,而对不同经济发展水平的地区而言,技术创新的溢出效应也存在一定的差异性。因此,在加强技术创新促进产业结构优化升级的同时,也要兼顾地区间的发展差异,制定与之相适应的差异化经济发展政策。As the fundamental driving force of economic growth,technological innovation plays an important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on China's Provincial Panel Data from 1997 to 2016,this paper measures the impact of technological innovation on industrial upgrading by using fixed effect and random effect models,and uses system GMM to ensure the robustness of the measurement results.The empirical re.sults show that,on the whole,the upgrading of technological innovation ability can effectively promote the transfor.mation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the spillover effect of technological innovation also has certain dif.ferences in regions with different levels of economic development.Therefore,while grasping the technological inno.vation to upgrade the industrial structure,it is necessary to take the regional differences in development into account and formulate corresponding differences policies.
