摘　　要：随着铁路建设规模的快速增长,铁路桩基检测数量逐年增加,参与铁路工程检测的单位越来越多,管理难度增大,传统的检测数据管理模式已经不能适应发展需求。基于GPRS/4G数据传输、数据库、网络通讯等技术,研究开发了铁路桩基检测信息化采集软件和管理系统。桩基检测信息管理系统以信息化技术为基础,以桩基现场检测数据为中心,参照《铁路工程实体结构分解指南》(EBS标准)进行数据管理,具备数据远程传输、数据查看、检测单位相关信息审查及实时监控功能。现场应用情况验证了信息系统的管理效果,为铁路检测行业的规范化和标准化管理以及检测机构资质维护提供技术支撑。With the rapid growth of the railway construction scale,the inspection amount of railway pile foundations has increased year by year and more and more companies has participated in railway engineering inspection,which result in the gradually increasing management difficulty.The traditional management mode ofinspection data can no longer meet the needs of development.Based on GPRS/4G data transmission,database,network communication and so on,a railway pile foundation inspection acquisition software and a information management system were developed.The pile foundation inspection information management system is based on informatization technology,centered on the site inspection data of pile foundation,and carries out data management according to Guidelines for Decomposition of Railway Engineering Entity Structure(EBS standard).It has the functions of data remote transmission,data viewing,information censorship ofinspection entity and real-time monitoring.According to the field application situation,the management effect of the information system is verified,and technical support is provided for normalization and standardization management of railway inspection industry and qualification maintenance ofinspection institutions.
