摘  要:为了探究织造过程中纱线合股数、纤维体积含量以及经纬密等工艺参数对正交三向机织复合材料导热性能的影响,文章以石英纤维和环氧树脂为原料,制备正交三向机织复合材料,采用瞬态热源法对其进行导热系数的测试。结果表明,在不同的工艺参数下,纤维体积含量对复合材料导热性能的影响最为显著;在纱线合股数和经纬密不变的情况下,纤维体积含量在45%~60%范围内,经纱方向上导热系数提高24.28%,纬纱方向上增大22.71%,法向纱方向上提升17.03%;不同的工艺参数对复合材料导热性能产生影响时,均在经纱、纬纱和法向纱3个方向上呈现出各向异性,且3个方向的导热系数皆与对应方向上的纤维体积含量相关。In order to explore the effects of yarn linear fineness,fiber volume fraction and density of warp and weft on the thermal conductivity of orthogonal three-dimensional woven composites,the orthogonal three-dimensional woven composites were prepared with quartz fiber and epoxy resin as raw materials,and the thermal conductivity coefficient of the composites was measured by transient heat source method.Results indicated that under different processing parameters,fiber volume fraction had the most significant effect on the thermal conductivity of composites;when yarn linear fineness and density of warp and weft were unchanged,and fiber volume fraction was at the range of 45%to 60%,the thermal conductivity coefficient increased by 24.28%in warp direction,22.71%in weft direction and 17.03%in Z-yarn direction;when different process parameters had an effect on the thermal conductivity of the composites,the anisotropy was exhibited in the three directions,and the thermal conductivity in all three directions was related to the fiber volume fraction in the corresponding direction.
